"On February 5th, 2000, a symposium entitled African-American Designers: The Chicago Experience Then and Now, was held at Chicago's DuSable Museum of African American History. The event was sponsored by the University of Illinois at Chicago and the DuSable Museum. This video, 'A Conversation with Pioneers' was moderated by Victor Margolin and included discussion with seven designers about their travails and triumphs during their illustrious careers.
