"De Bretteville again merged “high” and “low” vernaculars and deployed a raw aesthetic for this CalArts poster, applying a modernist typographic treatment—
along with symbols of nature (a pinecone), play (a jack), and technology (a transistor)—to cardboard packaging, which was then shrink-wrapped."
