This magazine cover is for Wet, The Magazine of Gourmet Bathing. This cover was very controversial… the designers had a lot of fun experimenting with the inventiveness of design and color. The magazine illustrated the radical West Coast look of the 70s. It focused on 'gourmet bathing', which related to bathing, water, outdoor soaking, mud baths and wet places. The title was mysterious with many different connotations – "water-related, eccentric, off-the-wall, sexually aroused".
