The Bank of Japan Silver-convertible Note, with Shotoku Taishi
This is the first note using the image of Shotoku Taishi. It was completely made by the Japanese. Tadakazu Isobe designed the portrait of Shotoku Taishi. It took more than a year to design this portrait.
