Geometrolympics

1021
"Geometrolympics. Our friend @dear_michael_leon (of Commonwealth Stacks) just Instagrammed these pics, and we just had to repost them. Back in 2006, Michael Leon (at that time working at Nike) commissioned us to create a poster that would imagine how the Olympics would look like in 2020. Trying to keep it as abstract as possible, we came up with this A1-sized print, basically a geometric prediction for 2020 – a Flatland-like (and slightly pop-constructivist) blueprint for future sports. Athletic cubo-futurism for the masses (thrown together 15 years ago)."—https://www.instagram.com/p/CGxS_QylNU4/?fbclid=IwAR1UO9GOSz_8MTtozTB1ciFiKs3yhwPzib4kGFe9Y4TO05en60XCR6Ei9jU
