From Moderna Museet:

The artists Max Ernst and Dorothea Tanning occasionally lived in Sedona, Arizona, between 1943 and 1957, and this lithograph stems from a pilgrimage to Sedona that Niki de Saint Phalle made in the early 1970s.

From LA Modern Auctions (LAMA):

Signed and numbered to lower edge ‘35/100 N. de St. Phalle’. This work is number 35 from the edition of 100 published by Éditions Georges Visat, Paris.
