Opened in 1985 Cajun Queen is located in a 100 year old house on East 7th St. The place features live jazz music and continues to serve menu items that have been around since the start. It opened during the popular Louisiana food trend by Sid Gottfried and New Orleans native Pat Freida. It's now owned by Robert Gottfried (son of Sid), Tim Freer and executive chef William Wessling.
