Russell Mills: Within/Without was an exhibition that showcased commissioned work from 1980–1990 by British designer/illustrator/artist Russell Mill. It was installed in the Huntington Gallery, Massachusetts College of Art, Boston, Massachusetts, September–November 1991. The exhibition was co-curated by Teresa Flavin and Elizabeth Resnick with sponsorship by Virgin Airlines.
Russell Mills is a mixed media artist whose work was used as artwork on albums by artists like Brian Eno, Nine Inch Nails, Peter Gabriel, and more.
The poster was offset printed at Pride Printers, Woburn, Massachusetts, on Strathmore Americana 80lb text. The short essay "The Art Of Russell Mills" written by Rick Poynor, was printed on the reverse side.
