This item is the car company Ferrari's Badge. It is one of the most recognisable symbols in the car industry. It communicates speed, luxury, performance and Italian through a relatively simple visual design.
The creator of Ferrari (Enzo Ferrari) met with Countess Paolina Baracca and she suggested that Enzo use the horse on his racing cars for good luck. From 1932 the badge we know today was designed and made its racing appearance.
