Led Zeppelin poster: Winterland, Oakland Coliseum 11/6-8/69

65

By the time this concert happened in '69, Led Zeppelin was on fire, both on tour and in the studio. Their second album: Led Zeppelin II, was first on both the U.S. and U.K. music charts. Often their in previous tours, they played in smaller clubs and parties, but they became more popular and grew to the point where they played larger stadiums. This poster also advertised the Rolling Stones show the following week at Oakland Coliseum.

The original poster was designed by Randy Tuten and was printed on a glossy coated, slick index stock measured at 13.75" x 21.5”. The second print poster is a limited edition silkscreen and is much larger than the original.
