This poster was created in 1968 for the Mexico City Olympic designed by Lance Wyman, the poster showcases the different stages within one of the movements used in Olympic Weightlifting Competitions. This simple and effective two tone black and yellow color scheme fit's in with the graphic identity of the 1968 games which all contained silhouettes of athletes performing their sport. The typography is a custom display typeface using concentric line repetition to form white slab like letters.
