Japanese graphic designer Ryohei Kojima’s design work collection was published by Ginza Graphic Gallery (ggg).
Ryohei Kojima was born in 1939 and passed away in 2009. This collection book cover reflects his love for nature and animals, which have also always been shown as concepts in his design work.
His works are iconic for making shapes with colors, but without outlines. Geometric shapes and vivid color use give a powerful and retro impression, such as a 1970s Showa generation vibe. It is possible to see a lot of contemporary designs nowadays are inspired by Kojima’s abstract design style.
