John Dove and Molly White are a couple. They make designs together since 1968 and mainly work on screen printing with recycled textiles.
This artwork is screen-printed on hand-made rag paper, made from recycled T-Shirts.
The design presents a sarcastic concept by combining a broken Mickey Mouse head with Atomic bomb cloud in the background, with the quote “this is the greatest thing in history” placed around the lower half of the picture. It is able to see multiple layers of colors combined together from this print. There are 60 limited prints and 1 artist's proof are released for this design, each prints are signed and numbered.
