Moved DM (1992) by Norio Nakamura

Norio Nakamura's Moved DM (1992) is a minimalist direct mail piece designed to announce a change of address. The design features three simple black icons—a house, an arrow, and another house (or maybe just seen as arrows)—accompanied by the Japanese text "ひっこしました" (which translates to "We've moved"). This straightforward yet effective design reflects Nakamura's philosophy of emphasizing essentials over excess.

Direct mail pieces in Japan during the early 1990s typically conformed to standard postcard sizes, approximately 100 mm by 148 mm (3.9 inches by 5.8 inches), to comply with postal regulations. It's plausible that Moved DM adhered to these dimensions.
