This is a character design for the mascot of the Charlotte record store Repo Record. It was created by a local artist and musician Jeff Clayton in collaboration with the store's owner Jimmy Parker. They have used it on everything they have produced since the founding of the store from t-shirts and turntable mats to stickers, ads, and posters. The design of the character has slowly become more modernized throughout the decades but still maintains the core aspects of the iconic character. He is often seen doing many different actions with his mickey-mouse-like hands such as playing guitar, as seen here, to brandishing an assault rifle or even spanking a monkey's naked butt.
