“San Francisco’s 11th”

"Showcases works by both Lowell Herrero and Charles Wertman. An article discussing the San Francisco’s 11th annual exhibition which showed a great increase in the thousands of submissions where only roughly 100 were chosen. Among the categories for this show were TV commercials as well as outdoor poster submissions.
