This design was created by Keizo Matsui for the Osaka Exhibition in Sister City Hamburg in 1999. Keizo designed many international exhibitions, such as Helsinki International Poster Biennale 1997; Golden Bee International Graphic Biennale Moscow. The human figure depicted in this design appears to embody the sense of humor characteristic of the people in Osaka, as evidenced by its smile.
