Poster for an exhibition on women's modernity by Zdeněk Rossmann. The concept of women's modernity accompanied the introduction of women's suffrage in Czechoslovakia in 1919, inviting questions of hair length, and women's place in a new interwar and modernist society. This poster implied Bauhaus and constructivist principles through the use of type, color, and shape in collaboration with photomontage.
