Glades Records 45 RPM Record

The label for Latimore’s “More, More More” is light blue and has green tree illustrations in the background. The company name, Glades, sits at the top of the record in a heavy serif typeface and is brown with a white outline. Black sans serif type is used for the remaining text on the record, including the name of the artist and song. The label has an overall cheery and summery feeling to it.

Glades Records was founded in 1959 in Miami and got its name from the Florida Everglades. The company was a single-only record label until 1974 and was a part of the TK Productions group of labels until 1980, when Glades was purchased by Roulette and dropped its name.
