Masculin, Féminin (Film)

Masculin, Féminin, by filmmaker Jean Luc-Godard, is an example of a post-modern approach to Swiss typography.  Godard’s fragmented narrative, cultural references, and wordplay are reflected in the organization of the stoic and plain san-serif type as a minimal and powerful act of expression and translation between image and language.
