Two Linocut Proofs
These linocut prints, developed by artist and designer Jozef Peeters, feature abstracted geometric type in black ink printed onto gold paper and white paper. Inspired by the futurist movement, Peeters works focused on abstraction influenced by technology and industrialization. The prints are comprised of type that has been abstracted and layered to become illegible as each letter is reduced to its basic geometric forms.
