Floating A/V

3

A live visual performance by the interactive design studio, Futura Epsis 1—created by German designer and engineer Andreas Rothaug. Created for the release of Danish artist Rumpistol’s LP by the same, the project took the form of real-time interactive sound visualization that could be controlled through an iPad.

An interesting instance of motion graphics that involves UI/UX design. Most visuals lean more towards the realm of art than design, but Floating contains something that was a lot more functional. It's also unique in the fact that it’s essentially controlled by an app. It’s a VJ experience that’s much more accessible than most others.
