This is a bierdecekl from Gilde Bräu, established in 1546 and located in Hannover, Germany. One side features the word “Prost” meaning “cheers” in German. Surrounding it is “cheers” translated into popular languages all around the globe, sharing the sentiment that beer is for everyone. The other side of the bierdeckel features a simple illustration of an Alpine Chalet, surrounded by the words “Das Meist Getrunfene Bier Niedersachsens” which roughly translates to “The Most Drunk Beer in Lower Saxony," sharing its strong German heritage.
