Space Jam Theatrical Release Poster

This is Space Jam theatrical release poster is from the original release of Space Jam in 1996. The poster was designed by John Alvin who created many of the other Disney and Warner Bros. movie posters. The poster conveys Michael Jordan and Bugs Bunny's faces up close with the Space Jam logo centered. There is also plenty of type conveying cast, credits, and a release date in bold sans serif font. The poster is significant because Space Jam is the highest grossing basketball film of all time to this day.  It serves as an example of type placement and common movie poster layouts in the 90's. It also serves as an example of early animation and animation graphics as the movie was the first movie to ever be produced by Warner Bros. Feature Animation.
