The Sound of Perseverance album cover (Reissue)

The album cover was created by Travis smith for the release of the album The Sound of Perseverance on August 31, 1998

TSOP depicts a scary looking mountain with people climbing to the top. The scary mountain represents a seemingly impassable obstacle but the people climbing it represent human perseverance itself. Even in the face of fear, danger and impossibility they persevere and are attempting to conquer the scary mountain which again perfectly fits the theme of the album.

Travis stated "Photography based and digitally constructed. The new ones have a bit more organic elements implements such as painted textures and things like that." for mediums. 

This album cover changed twice due to the artist (Travis Smith) that the original no longer did the album justice.
