This poster is important to the history of graphic design as it has many elements of the Art Deco design period. This can be seen through the symmetry, fragmented shapes, and the geometry. This poster representing the Art Deco period is important as the Art Deco period took place from 1919-1939 and is still relevant to the modern day.
