This is a football game program, publish by the Varsity Club of West Chester University (known at the time as West Chester State College). It was an issue of The Ram's Horn, the official athletic magazine of West Chester. The booklet was printed for a September 28, 1968 game between West Chester and its rival, East Stroudsburg. Along with the beautifully illustrated cover, the booklet includes short statements from the faculty, the roster, photos, advertisements, and even activities for during the game. The program was purchased from a private seller on eBay in October of 2022. It was purchased as a gift for my grandfather, who was a fullback for East Stroudsburg at the time of its printing. It is currently in his possession.
