The cover is signed by four people who are presumed to be performers in his show. Thomas Scott (1917-2013) AKA "Doc" Tommy Scott was an American country and rockabilly musician. He travelled extensively with his wife Frankie and daughter Sandra (both of whom were part of his show). The back cover of this songbook maps their appearances. He joined the Grand Ole Opry and later went to Hollywood. He also founded the Herb-O-Lac and Katona Medicine companies that sold laxatives and liniments.
