This event took place in Charlotte North Carolina at the Charlotte Coliseum which is currently known as Bojangles Coliseum.  Mid-Atlantic was a wrestling federation that was based in the south and mainly went to North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia. 

This flyer was most likely letter-pressed and mass-produced to promote the event.
