Cowboy Yamahai
Named after Mr. Beau Timken, a liquor dealer in the U.S. (owner of True Sake, the first U.S. store specializing in locally brewed sake). Cowboy Yamahai was named for its sake quality that goes well with meat dishes, and for its ability to pioneer the U.S. market. The label features a silhouette of Angus beef, which is said to have a 40% share of the U.S. meat market, to remind everyone of its compatibility with meat dishes. Demand is growing in new markets, especially steakhouses, which until now have not handled much sake.
