1976 Gamma Phi Circus Program

1

This is a program from the 40th anniversary of the Gamma Phi Circus at Illinois State University.  Gamma Phi began its life in 1929 as a gymnastics fraternity and  was performing in front of crowds by 1932.  Being in 1976, the 200th anniversary of Americas' independence, the chosen theme for this show was “The Bicentennial” and was “Hued with red, white and blue, sprinkled with stars.”  While the cover does have the themed color pallet, the black and white inside features many sponsors as well as an overview of the organization, a few individual highlights, and an order of events.
