This work is an advertisement from the Radio Corporation of America for radio tubes. These radio tubes referred to in the advertisement were newer and advanced, so they advertise them by saying, “This magic lamp makes Aladdin's look lazy”. Clearly, this is an artistic attempt to gain the attention of the common person to purchase and use products that utilize radio tubes. The design used within this piece is intriguing due to the combination of images into one.  The artist includes several devices that use radio tubes in the background of the design so consumers can have a better idea of what their options are. Overall, this is a great example of American graphic design as the inclusion of American-made machinery combined with an advertisement is crucial to this time-period.
