Radio Corporation of America (RCA) logo 1929-1968

The 1929 l version of the RCA logo before it was changed to a more simplified version in 1968. The 1929’s design was recognized for the lighting dash found from the “A,” the serif font of the letters, and the inclusion of a red ring and supporting circle to encompass the logo. This would be RCA’s logo until 1968, when it was simplified for a more sleek sans serif design which is still used today. The initial change of the design was said to have received backlash from some RCA engineers.
