Ghodsi Ghazinour is a painter, story writer and poet, and one of the pioneers of children and youth literature in Iran who was born in 1946 in Langrood. She moved to Tehran when she was 12 years old and spent her high school years and studied painting at Tehran College of Fine Arts. After graduation, she started teaching in schools in the south part of Tehran.
Since she loved children's world which is full of imagination, she started writing for them. In 1971, she wrote her first children's story called "Who put glasses on a boy's eyes". In 1973, she wrote the story “Hope”, which was recognized by the Children's Book Council as the best book of the year, and in the same year, she received the Hans Christian Andersen Honorary Diploma from Greece. Her other book "The Next Fish" was published in 1978. She also published the books "Moonlight Party", "Water that separated from the spring" and "Two Birds". The book "Two Birds" won the title of the selected book of the year by the Children's Book Council, and this success was followed by the publication of her other books such as "Nothing Like a Dream", "The Eighth Bird", “Distance”, the story of “Distance” was made into a short film directed by Fath Ali Ovaissi, called "Last Tuesday", which won an award for its script.
Ghodsi Ghazinour, wrote stories "Repair House", "Where is this place", "What a Pigeon", "Mr. Teacher", "Two Floors", "Behind the counter of Mashhadi Bageir", "Jujube Tree", "A Simple Incident" , “Everything is an excuse", “The best zoo in the world", “Strike", “Revolution School", “Grandfather does not die", "I learned from a fish" were published one after another and her last story called "Vietnam it is a witness was published in 1978. In 1983, with the stories "Eyes of a Snowman" and "Like Rain", she made became active again in the field of children's literature and turned to new experiences in the field of poetry and short stories for adults.
In 1991, she left Iran and settled in the Netherlands. The latest poetic and fiction works of Ghodsi Ghazi Noor are a collection of poems called "Like a Blue Bubble" and a collection of stories called "A Girl with a Pink Shirt" and a children's story called “Life” which was published by Roozbahan Publishing House in Tehran and Translated into Dutch and German.
قدسی قاضی نور, نقاش, داستان نويس و شاعر, از پيشروان ادبيات کودک و نوجوان در ایران در سال ۱۳۲۵ در لنگرود به دنیا آمد. از ۱۲ سالگی به تهران آمد و دوران دبيرستان و دانشکده هنرهای زيبای تهران را در رشته نقاشی در اين شهر گذراند و در پايان تحصيلات دانشگاهی دريکی از مدارس جنوب تهران سرگرم تدريس شد. از آنجايی که دنيای سرشار از تخیل کودکان را بسيار دوست داشت, نوشتن برای آنها را آغاز کرد.
در سال ۱۳۵۰ اولین داستان کودکان خود را به نام "چه کسی به چشم پسرک عينک زد" نوشت . در سال ۱۳۵۲ داستان "آرزو" را نوشت که شورای کتاب کودک آن را بهترين کتاب سال شناخت و همان سال ديپلم افتخار هانس کريستين آندرسن را از يونان گرفت. کتاب دیگر او "ماهی بعدی" در ۱۳۵۷ به چاپ رسيد. کتاب های "مهمانی مهتاب", "آب که از چشمه جدا شد" و "دو پرنده" را به چاپ رساند. کتاب "دو پرنده" عنوان کتاب برگزيده ی سال شورای کتاب کودک را به دست آورد و اين موفقيت با انتشار کتاب های ديگر او همانند "هيچ مثل خواب نبود", "هشتمين پرنده", "فاصله" دنبال شد که داستان "فاصله", به کارگردانی فتحعلی اويسی به صورت فيلم کوتاهی به نام "سه شنبه آخر" درآمد که فيلم نامه ی آن جايزه گرفت.
از قدسی قاضی نور از آن پس داستان های "تعميرگاه", "ای جا کجاست", "چه کبوتری", "اقا معلم", "دوطبقه", "پشت پستوی مشهدی باقر", "درخت عناب", "يک اتفاق ساده", "همه بهانه است", "بهترين باغ وحش دنيا", "اعتصاب", "مدرسه انقلاب", "پدر بزرگ نمی ميرد", "من از ماهی آموختم" پی در پی به چاپ رسيدند و آخرين داستان او به نام "ويتنام گواهی است" در سال ۱۳۵۷ انتشار يافت. در سال ۱۳۶۲ با داستانهای "چشمهای آدم برفی" و "مثل باران" حضور دوباره خود را در پهنه ادبيات کودک دنبال کرد و به تجربيات تازه ای در زمينه شعر و داستانهای کوتاه بزرگسالان روی آورد. در سال ۱۳۷۰از ایران خارج و در کشور هلند ساکن شد.
آخرين آثار شعری و داستانی قدسی قاضی نور يک مجموعه شعر به نام "مثل يک حباب آبی" و يک مجموعه داستان به نام "دختری با پيراهن صورتی" و يک داستان کودکان به نام "زندگی" که پس از چاپ از سوی انتشارات روزبهان در تهران به زبان هلندی و آلمانی هم ترجمه شده.
