NES Play Action Football was a Nintendo NES game from 1990 meant to simulate a football game and playable up to four people at a time. The game card itself is gray and about 6x6 inches. The graphic only takes up about 1/3rd of the space of the game card and features very bright colors that stand out against the gray of the game card. The text is sans serif and uses an arch effect that frames the football players in the foreground. The primary imaging is illustration and is highly rendered. This represents the real teenager of the 1990s who loves sports and playing video games.
