The Workbasket, Volume 21, Number 6

The Workbasket is a small publication that advertised different knits to follow and home goods for women to purchase and use at home. Advertisements in the margins are about different fabrics and blouses, as well as greeting cards and flowers. The publication cost fifteen cents to purchase as it has the price printed on the front. Most of the images are illustrated, though there is some photography. There is a wide variety of typography styles used, mostly display type mean to grab your attention. This edition was published March, 1956.
