The Saturday Evening Post Family Cookbook

This cookbook, originally printed in 1984, contains multiple recipes from the Saturday Evening Post Society. The recipes selected are stated to be delicious and high in fiber. The font cover has a humorous illustration of an older woman weighing the chicken she is buying, trying to secretly make it weigh less while the butcher is trying to make it weigh more. The illustration is by Leslie Thrasher. Inside, the layout is simple and overall centrally aligned.
