Lynyrd Skynyrd Tribute Tour Concert T-Shirt

This T-shirt was purchased at the 1987 Lynyrd Skynyrd Farewell Tribute Tour (Landover, MD location). This tour was to commemorate members of Lynyrd Skynyrd who had passed away 10 years earlier in a tragic plane crash in 1977. On the front of the shirt there is a skeleton wearing a top hat, smoking a cigarette, and coming forward. Surrounding the skeleton, there is large type in a circle reading “LYNYRD SKYNYRD”. At the bottom of the design, in smaller type it says “10 years and still smokin' ”. The colors featured in this front design include red, yellow, blue, and grey. The back of the shirt features simple typography layout. It reads on the top, “FAREWELL TRIBUTE TOUR”, the tour dates/place underneath, and “The Music Continues”. The colors on the back are yellow, red, and blue.
