The cover features both serif and sans-serif type, dedicating the serif font to the main title and the sans-serif to the author's name. There is a limited color palette on the cover that consists of yellow, blue, red, black, and white. The illustration on the cover and throughout the book are hand-illustrated by Charles Schultz and reprinted onto paper. The comics featured inside the book often is displayed in varying compositions of the four panels. This adds interest for the viewer and reflected the often silly situations the characters are in.
