Demon Days

1
Demon Days was an album released by the Gorillaz in 2005. Since their inception, the band members have been portrayed as animated and/or drawn characters created by Jamie Hewlett, a comic book artist and designer from West Sussex. The album artwork is quartered, displaying side profiles of all four fictional characters (sinistrodextral): Murdock Niccals, 2D, Noodle, and Russel Hobbs. The words "GORILLAZ" and "DEMON DAYS" are centered near the top and bottom of the album cover (respectively) in a sans-serif font. Jamie Hewlett has worked with the band to give the fictional characters their own stories and motivations through various music videos, comic books, and websites published over the years. The CD release included an interior leaflet with artwork created for each individual song on the album (related imgur link).
