Pink Panther Title Sequence

This is the title sequence from the infamous 2006 movie, The Pink Panther. Starring Steve Martin, it was destined for success. The live-action reboot is from the Pink Panther animated franchise by Blake Edwards and Maurice Richlin. The Pink Panther is a sly detective that just so happens to actually be a pink panther in the original series. 

The title sequence follows the original and iconic Pink Panther through motion graphics. Originally, the title sequence was going to be done in CGI, but the filmmakers wanted to keep the traditional, hand-drawn animation style instead. This paid homage to the origin of The Pink Panther as an animated series. This title sequence was directed by Bob Kurtz, who had worked on some of the Pink Panther shorts.
