Japan gained the right to hold the Olympic Games in Tokyo in 1940 in 1936. However, Japan gave up that privilege in 1938. The Japanese government decided to cancel it due to WWII - Japan - 1936. This poster was done by Hara Hiromu for the Tokyo Olympiad which will be in Tokyo, Japan for the first time.
