This is the 9th album of Japanese soul/funk singer Minako Yoshida (吉田美奈子). She is a pioneer of Japanese female soul singers and one of the first to record in the United States. This album was recorded in New York and is famous as a classic Japanese funk album. The album cover was designed by graphic designer Pater Sato (ペーター佐藤) (1945-1994). He studied design in New York and took the world by storm in the early 1970s with his airbrush technique, which was highly acclaimed in Japan and abroad, including the United States. Besides album covers, he was also active in the fields of advertising, fashion magazines, and package design.
