This is Mastumoto Yumi's (Yuming) album released in 1991. Yuming herself dives into the water and wears googles with flashing lights called “Synchro Energizer.” This design shows the goggles that emit and electronic sound in synchronization with flashing lights, and device aimed at controlling the state oh human consciousness.
