This is the March 1924 cover for the children's magazine Kin no Fune as designed by Kiichi Okamoto. Beginning distribution in November of 1923, Kin no Fune featured stories, art, and songs for young children. It ceased publication in 1929. Okamoto Kiichi was commonly the designer for the covers.
