Fly Me To The Moon and the Bossa Nova Pops

8

This album cover is designed by the renowned graphic designer, Milton Glaser, for Joe Harnell & His Orchestra.

Published in 1963, this vinyl cover measures in at 12.375” X 12.375”. It features Glaser's signature splashes of color and playful, illustrative style, with shapes that pertain to the subject matter of each track.

For example, the front  boasts a prominent smiling crescent for “Fly Me To The Moon,” a vibrantly striped maraca for “One Note Samba,” and a simplified laughing jester for “What Kind of Fool Am I?”
