The QnotesCarolinas is a newspaper based in Charlotte whose main focus is LGBTQ entertainment, opinion, politics, arts, and news. The QnotesCarolinas started in 1983 as a monthly newsletter and is still in circulation to this day with biweekly editions. This document is the front cover page of the August 18th, 2012 edition.
