Someone Special Card

The Someone Special Card giveaway hosted by 1110 WBT Radio Station in 1980.  This was a promotional material for users 18+ to enter for a chance to win prizes.

Listeners could enter the giveways using their Someone Special Card. The flyer required people to fill out their personal information including name, address, number and card number, then mail their card filled out to the station, in order for their card to be activated. Participants had to listen to their radio station, in hopes of hearing their number read over air. If their number is called, they are to call in and verify their account. A few of the prizes included trips and tickets to Disney and Carowinds. Additionally, these Someone Special Cards also provided discounts and merchandise when announced at certain times on the radio.
