"The first military papers were published by young men who had just left the service. In 1967, the 'Bond' was launched by Andy Stapp following his court martial and dishonorable discharge for having antiwar literature on base. In the same year, a group of deserters who had fled to Paris formed Resistance Inside the Military (RITA).
