The state of the world atlas

192

When first published in 1981, The State of the world atlas was innovative and immediately became a best-seller going into it's 9th edition in 2013. It was written by two active members of the Socialist Workers Party and came into being as a project of Pluto Press of which Michael Kidron was a moving force. Kidron and Segal's  work changed the way people look at maps and what they reveal and conceal.
